Returns and Exchange Policy

At Dots and Baubles, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Intimate items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. (this includes bodysuits)

2. Exchange Process for Local Pick Ups:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@dotsandbaubles.com.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Dots and Baubles is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Exchange or Store Credit ONLY

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.

If approved a store credit will be issued to your account on file. 

Exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to product availability.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on international orders are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Final Sale Items:

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes any item with a discount or flash sale items. ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE.

8. Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
