Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At Dots and Baubles, each item is thoughtfully curated with love. As a small business, we do not offer refunds—only exchanges or store credit. Please read the details below before completing your purchase:
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

Items must be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of the purchase date.

All items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Intimate items, earrings, and hair accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Local Exchanges

For local orders, please contact us at hello@dotsandbaubles.com to initiate an exchange or store credit.

Items must be dropped off at our local pickup location, confirmed by email.
3. Return Shipping (for online orders)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please use a trackable method. Dots and Baubles is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Store Credit & Exchanges Only

No refunds will be issued. Approved returns will receive store credit only.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card within 5 business days of receiving your item.

Exchanges will be processed depending on availability.
5. Final Sale Items

Sale items, hair accessories, intimates, and earrings are final sale. No exceptions unless defective.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We’ll gladly arrange an exchange or store credit for eligible items.
7. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check before checking out.
