Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At Dots and Baubles, each item is thoughtfully curated with love. As a small business, we do not offer refunds—only exchanges or store credit. Please read the details below before completing your purchase:


1. Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

  • Items must be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of the purchase date.

  • All items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Intimate items, earrings, and hair accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


2. Local Exchanges

  • For local orders, please contact us at hello@dotsandbaubles.com to initiate an exchange or store credit.

  • Items must be dropped off at our local pickup location, confirmed by email.


3. Return Shipping (for online orders)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please use a trackable method. Dots and Baubles is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


4. Store Credit & Exchanges Only

  • No refunds will be issued. Approved returns will receive store credit only.

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card within 5 business days of receiving your item.

  • Exchanges will be processed depending on availability.


5. Final Sale Items

  • Sale items, hair accessories, intimates, and earrings are final sale. No exceptions unless defective.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We’ll gladly arrange an exchange or store credit for eligible items.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check before checking out.
